She's doing what she can to hold back the sobs and the shouts. Along with the humiliation makes it much harder to manage. There she is, dirty, cold, anguish, and all our members wish to hear her call herself a dirty pig. And that she knows she must. She understands it's accurate. She's now. Just a play thing for us.
